Do not recommend at all. I booked an appointment online for 05/19/26. The drop off time was between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. I got to the business at 11:23 and the manager told me I was late. I told her about the website and showed her what it said. She told me before leaving that she would call me with an estimate once they figured out what was wrong with my car. She infact did not. I caught at 3:37 p.m. for an update and was told they just put it in the shop. I called back at 6:05 p.m. and was told they were waiting for the parts guy to get back to them. I called at 10:52 am on 05/20/26, One of the mechanics answer the phone and did not know what's going on and he asked the manager. The manager screamed in the background $1,200 and that it needed a knuckle. I called back at 11:25 a.m. just verify everything that was needed. At 1:20 p.m. they called and told me my car is ready to be picked up and it needed an alignment. I agreed because I know that when that kind of work is done it needs an alignment. However he then calls me back and tells me they could not do the alignment because both sides weren't being done, which in fact was not the truth. I've been around enough mechanics to know better. I go pick up my car, get home and look in the backseat. The other parts that they were supposed to put on were still in the original boxes, mind you they charged me for putting them on. I called them at 2:42 asking why the parts were not put on and was told in manager would call me back because the guys spoke to wasn't told they were supposed to be put on. At 3:47 I called back and the manager still would not get on the phone, the guy asked me if I could bring it in tomorrow 05/21/26. I said yes I could be there at 8:00 a.m. when the store opened. I got a call back at 3:52 p.m. asking if there was any way that I could come in today because the person working on my car would not be until 11:30 a.m. tomorrow. I stated I could not because I had to work till midnight. He said so there's no way that you can bring it in today. I said no I have to work till midnight but I will see if I can find somebody to bring it in and ask them how long it would take for the parts to be replaced. He told me an hour. My boyfriend was able to take the car back to the shop and I called them at 4:05 p.m. to let them know he was on his way. When he got to the shop they were surprised to see him and not me even after I made it clear he was bringing the car not me. The job took an hour and 24 minutes, not an hour like he said. We did not get an apology nor did we receive any kind of credit for all the hassle that we had to go through. They also do not post or tell you their labor rates. They told me at 11: 25 that the parts were on the way and add 120 car was ready, they charge $519.10, which if my calculation is correct and it might not be the hourly rate is $259.55 per hour which is insane. I would definitely not recommend the shop to anybody nor will I ever be returning. And I know that this is going to get an AI generated response of how sorry they are for the inconvenience. I called the customer service number provided in their response, option 2 is for Human Resources and the call disconnects. Finally got a person who told me that I had the wrong number but wanted to know what the issue was. I started reading the review and she disconnected the call. Rude and unprofessional all the way around. I had my car towed to my reliable mechanic on June 1st. He called to tell me that the part the charged me almost $1,000 is broken and needs to be replaced. The car is not drivable and would have to be towed again. I do not feel safe and confidant that Monro will fix the issue and have filed a complaint with documentation to have all the money I paid them refunded. I will update this post with their response.....
