They provide absolutely horrible service. I recently booked an appointment online through the website I did not speak to any representative. I requested an oil change, New tires and in the comments I put new coolant sensor as my coolant was not reading and im not a mechanic I thought that might be the cause. I then brought my car in to the shop in north tonawanda. As I did not speak to a representative when making my appointment online I told the person at the desk I wasn't sure what was causing my coolant sensor not to read. I asked if they could look at it and find what was causing the coolant not to read and I thought it might be the sensor since I wasn't sure of any other parts that went along with the sensor. When the mechanics called me back they said the coolant sensor is being replaced and that I assumed meant they had checked my car and found that was the cause and why we were replacing it. However upon leaving my coolant was still not reading so I called and brought my car back again asking if they had tested my previous coolant sensor and fixed the issue. They did something so my coolant read temporarily but once again did not read after only a day of use. So I for a second time after the initial coolant replacement brought my car in and they finally tell me the actual cause is the thermostat and housing unit. They also proceeded to tell me they replaced the wrong part and that was my fualt since I listed coolant sensor. However replacing the coolant sensor was done negligently and they didn't take anything I asked at the desk when I brought my car in the shop into advisement at all. They replaced the sensor for no reason without checking it was broken and charged me $400. Only to turn around and state that another 2 items are broken and causing the initial issue I brought my car in for. As was new bill for the thermostat and housing unit I asked they remove the $400 they charged to replace a part i don't need from the new bill. They stated they could not due this but after some arguing I was put in touch with the district manager. She stated they would remove the $400 from the new charge. Yet they only removed $300 from the new bill on top of this my check engine light is still on and I have to now take it to a new mechanic to find what they either broke or simply didn't fix in all the times I brought my car to them. OVER ALL they gave incorrect information and replaced and charged me for something I dont need. I am not a mechanic but I do work in customer service and this has been the worst experience with a mechanic I have ever had. The mechanics here are horrible and I do not recommend taking tour car to them. If they make a mistake they will try to charge you further for their incompetence and do not work to help their customers. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO ONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS AGAIN.....
