I can't say enough about how much I love the service of Monro 658 in Mattydale/North Syracuse, NY. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and best of all, they know what they are doing and do it right the first time!!! I cannot thank David enough for the incredible service he has given me. He truly cares about his job and giving us the best service he can provide...and more. Honesty is hard to come by these days but I trust him without a doubt. I HIGHLY recommend Monro Muffler 658. I'm so glad to have found such a place to service our cars!!! And the great people who work there. Thank you ,again, David!!! I WROTE THIS 10 MO. AGO BUT IT'S EXACTLY HOW I FEEL TODAY. THE SERVICE COULDN'T BE ANY BETTER. I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE, AND FRIENDLINESS . THANK YOU MONRO!! I had a tire and light issue. I?ve always had a fantastic experience working the guys at the Mattydale store. They go above and beyond to help me with my car and get me the best price at the same time. They?ve taken great care of me and I?ve been bringing my cars here for years. Dave and Ricky are amazing, and always do a great job!! They both definitely deserve a raise for all the good work they do!!
