Update 2/14/2026: I needed an oil change and they got me in the same day. Fast and excellent service as always. We're very impressed with the employees. Went back today for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Excellent, fast service! The guys are very well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Monro is now our go-to. I'll be taking our other car in soon. I'd always assumed this was a business to avoid since it's a chain but boy was I wrong. We recently purchased a set of 4 tires from Amazon and decided to give this shop a try to mount and balance the tires. Amazon shipped the tires directly to the Monro shop and everything went just great from there. The store manager, Larry, is a terrific guy who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The guys in the garage are just like Larry. We dropped our car off at 8am and went out for breakfast. While we were eating Larry called to let us know the car was ready - talk about fast! We had an issue with our check engine light and they told us how to proceed with it. The work was done expertly - we couldn't be happier. We've decided to take our cars to Larry at Monro from now on. Excellent local business! Give them a try - you won't to regret it! 5 stars.....

I want to thank the guys over at Monro in Merrimack . I came in with a vibration issue with my car and they jumped right into it and fixed my issue for the right price . I Highly recommend them they won?t over charge or make you get something you don?t need.
