I recently contacted your Monroe location regarding serious transmission issues with my vehicle. I clearly explained to the call center representative?multiple times?that the car was not drivable and had to be towed. Despite this, she reassured me repeatedly that the vehicle could be diagnosed and repaired at the Monroe facility. She even continued to ask what time I would be dropping the vehicle off, and only after the third time did she seem to acknowledge that the car required a tow. I was transferred to a towing service affiliated with your business and paid $180 out of pocket to have the vehicle brought to your Monroe location. Not long after, I received a call from someone at the shop telling me they do not work on transmissions. I was shocked and frustrated, as this directly contradicted what I had been told on the phone. I called back and voiced my concerns to the same representative, who told me that the manager, Tony, would handle it the next day. When I spoke with Tony, he essentially washed his hands of the matter, stating it was a ?call center issue? and not his problem. I asked if he could at least help move my car to an auto shop across the street, which he refused to assist with beyond giving me a number to call. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I then spent over four hours on the phone with customer service, repeatedly requesting to speak with a regional manager. Each time, the call was either dropped or I was transferred to someone who hung up. I eventually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The only resolution offered was a $40 reimbursement for moving the car across the street?not the original $180 tow, which I paid based on false information provided by your call center. This entire experience was marked by misinformation, lack of accountability, and poor customer service from start to finish. I?ve been a customer at this location before, but after this ordeal, I will never return. The mishandling of my situation and the dismissive treatment I received?particularly from Tony?was unacceptable. I was misled, dismissed, and left to deal with the fallout on my own. I am requesting a full reimbursement of the $180 towing cost, as it was incurred based on assurances made by your representative and staff that turned out to be completely false.....Read More

I like the front desk chick, she's great. But I made an appt. Upon arrival, I was told too bad that they didn't have anyone who could take care of my service. He went home. Went back the next day at my appt time. It took 2 hours to get an oil change. Crazy. On top of it all, I had a coupon that I was told wasn't valid because I needed a different type of oil. Funny part, I had the oil in my car many times at other places with no issue. I won't be back.....Read More
