I purchased tires on tire agent and had them delivered to this shop. I had them installed on my Mazda and the nice manager that was there suggested that I get an alignment. No complaints about this initial visit. Fast forward to the end of March and my husband noticed one of my back tires tread was wearing down improperly. I called the shop a few days later to ask them to check it out. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that they had problems around January 10th with their alignment machine not working properly. So I came in the next day and I was told that I must?ve hit a curb because the camber was off. I told them that I definitely didn?t hit a curb and he said well most women don?t drive right so that?s must of been what happened. So now here I am with my car (with only 30,000 miles on it) and I have to purchase at least two new tires and a new alignment. After spending 1300$ and only 3months later. They have no manager to talk to?the customer service line was awful and you can?t even get through to anyone. My husband called and they told him that they don?t even have a record of me having tires put on at their shop. My husband tried calling the district manager and well you guessed it absolutely nothing!!! This is not ok, this is not good business.....
